Heaton has a busy schedule, but she always finds time to work out. In fact, she says Daily mail that she makes working out a priority, even when she’s busy. “A very understanding husband maybe and a lot of willpower to get up early for training. I do a lot of my plans at night when the kids are sleeping. It’s a balancing act. I don’t have a nanny or family nearby but we make it work.”
Heaton is a big fan of making smoothies in the morning. She says she likes to pack different healthy ingredients and powders in order to get vitamins and protein in her diet. She also says she makes these smoothies as a post-workout recovery drink. “I have a coffee before making myself a smoothie with oats, protein powder and water after my workout,” she says. closer online.
Most people who like to eat healthy don’t do it all the time. In fact, many of them have what we call “cheat days”, which are basically days where they indulge in unhealthy habits. However, Heaton tells Closer Online that she used to cheat, but stopped when she realized it wasn’t working for her. “At first I was cheating in parties and drinking alcohol, so my weight loss stopped.”
