Doctor Michael Mosley shares key tips for reducing belly fat

Dr. Michael Mosley often shares his weight loss tips with slimming online as well as on TV. He is the creator of The Fast 800, a diet that helps people lose weight fast.

“This is supported by numerous studies.

“When people cut back on their carbohydrates, their appetite goes down and they lose weight.

Dr Mosley said this is a “great place to start” for anyone looking to lose weight.

When it comes to the types of foods you should be looking to add to your diet, Dr. Mosley recommended a good balance of “protein, fiber, and healthy fats.”

It is essentially the Mediterranean diet.

This diet consists of lots of vegetables, cheese, whole yogurt, fatty fish, lentils, nuts, whole grains and more.
